About the Role

We are building a new operations team to support one of the largest publishers in the coupons and affiliate space. As an Operations Associate, you will be part of the founding team — executing day-to-day tasks across one or more operational functions, following established processes, and contributing to a high-performing team being built from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Execute daily operational tasks across assigned functions — Deals, Store Management, Merchant Ops, or AdOps
• Process and resolve tickets accurately and within SLA across HelpScout and other platforms
• Follow SOPs and flag any gaps or inconsistencies to the Ops Manager
• Coordinate with team members during the daily overlap window to ensure smooth handoffs
• Contribute to process improvement by sharing ground-level observations
• Support onboarding of new team members as the team scales
