Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Partnerships Sr. Associate to support our publisher partnerships. You will help manage our clients affiliate programs, assist with publisher & advertiser onboarding, and contribute to our platform's growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Publisher Relationships: Help maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliate publisher clients.
• Campaign Support: Assist in implementing and monitoring campaigns, ensuring alignment with team goals.
• Performance Reporting: Help track affiliate performance and compile data for team analysis.
• Publisher Communication: Respond to publisher & advertiser inquiries and support the onboarding process.
• Platform Support: Provide feedback on our SaaS tool and help publishers utilize its features.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
• Interest in startups and affiliate marketing.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
